Spam is not allowed and absolutely prohibited by AutoBTCBuilder. Any member found to be using Email for SPAM, will suffer immediate loss of ability, and permission, to use the Company’s product. AutoBTCBuilder, developer and provider of the AutoBTCBuilder system suite of email, and mobile SMS marketing tools, along with AutoBTCBuilder associates and affiliates who make AutoBTCBuilder system available to their customers, support ONLY permission-based email and mobile marketing practices. To take into concern, AutoBTCBuilder has implemented some of the strictest policies in the email industry and supporting procedures to help prevented the AutoBTCBuilder system from being abused for unsolicited email or SMS campaigns. Furthermore, as response to all complaints suggesting the AutoBTCBuilder system has been used as a tool to send unsolicited email or SMS messages. To prevent that, AutoBTCBuilder actively monitors import lists and outgoing emails and SMS messages, for suspicious large intended or actual broadcasts.
Spam is unsolicited commercial email, mobile messages (e.g., SMS), junk mail or bulk mail that has not been requested by the recipient. In addition to wasting valuable time and resources, it is irrelevant and often offensive; typically, spam messages do not contain an option to unsubscribe from the mailing list. Spam can be described as the opposite of permission-based marketing. If you as a user send an email out through AutoBTCBuilder, that generates a spam complaint, you will be charged and responsible for providing an opt-in record for the complaint issue.
Preventing Unsolicited Emails via the AutoBTCBuilder system.
Users of the AutoBTCBuilder system must tolerate by a strictly enforced End User License Agreement. Under this agreement, the user promises not to abuse the AutoBTCBuilder system, or to send spam. User specifically agrees not to send unsolicited bulk email or SMS messages, for commercial or non-commercial purposes. The agreement also includes such provisions as:
User agrees not to post, upload or otherwise transmit.
● All contents which are related to inappropriate subject matters;
● All content to “rented” or “purchased” lists;
● All content that is unlawful, harassing, threatening, harmful abusive, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene;
● libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
● All content that you do not have any right to post and transmit under any law or contractual;
● All content, such that uploading, or transmission constitutes the infringement of any patent;
● All trademarks, copyright, trade secret or other proprietary rights of any party;
● All materials who will contain software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to destroy, interrupt or limit the functionality of any computer equipment;
● All materials who will make an unreasonable large load on the company infrastructure;
● All content that intentionally or unintentionally violates any applicable local, state, national or international law.
● All content that is misleading or impersonates any person or entity or falsely states or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity;
● All content with manipulated, or forged identifiers;
●All content promoting harm or providing instructional information about illegal activities;
All users of AutoBTCBuilder must accept that an unsubscribe option will be automatically appended to every email sent to more than 100 people via the AutoBTCBuilder system. This is mandatory. This means that when the unsubscribe option is requested by an email recipient. The AutoBTCBuilder system automatically suppresses emails to that email address in future campaigns. This feature is also mandatory. If a AutoBTCBuilder system user violates the AutoBTCBuilder system usage rules, or for any other, reason deemed appropriate by AutoBTCBuilder, AutoBTCBuilder reserves the right to suspend or terminate the use, without notice, access to the AutoBTCBuilder system User’s account and all related data.
AutoBTCBuilder offers free tools, like confirmed opt-in subscription forms, to encourage the AutoBTCBuilder system users to manage and create confirmed opt-in lists of contacts. That means that by building and using confirmed opt-in lists, the AutoBTCBuilder system users can be certain that they are sending emails to recipients who have expressly given their permission, and requested, to receive such emails. However, if the AutoBTCBuilder System User desires to allow people to subscribe to any of their email lists on the AutoBTCBuilder system, they are required to use AutoBTCBuilder confirmed the opt-in subscription form for an opt in email. Recommended Action — Unsolicited Email Complaints. It is possible for people who have subscribed to your mailings to forget they have granted you permission. If a complaint is received by AutoBTCBuilder regarding alleged unsolicited emails being sent from the AutoBTCBuilder system tools of opt in email, an immediate investigation is undertaken.
The AutoBTCBuilder system user is notified that an unsolicited email complaint has been lodged against them, and a demand is issued to “show proof” that the complainant opted into the User’s list. The User is reminded of the terms they accepted and, in addition, the complainant’s email address is automatically tagged as “unsubscribed” if the complainant did unsubscribe, so no further emails are sent to the complainant. The User is also required to manually remove the complainant’s email address from their contact list of opt in email if the complainant did not unsubscribe.
If AutoBTCBuilder has ANY reason to believe the User of the opt in email, despite the warnings, is or will continue to send unsolicited bulk email to individuals without their permission, or any complainant that has previously unsubscribed. The User’s AutoBTCBuilder account privileges are subject to immediate termination
AutoBTCBuilder and AutoBTCBuilder partners take permission marketing very seriously. Often, many spam complaints are registered with anti-spam agencies. The company fully supported the efforts of agencies working to responsibly curtail the sending of unsolicited commercial email. It should be taking to concern that if an individual opted-in to receive a AutoBTCBuilder email, and then falsely and/or maliciously files a spam complaint against AutoBTCBuilder, the company will cooperate fully with appropriate agencies to ban the user from a further use of anti-spam software and community.
